Refund policy

The User purchases products directly from Ouzzo. Therefore, if the User wishes to request a return or exchange regarding a product or its characteristics, the following conditions and procedures shall apply:

After receiving your item, you have 8 calendar days to request a size exchange and 30 calendar days to request an exchange due to manufacturing defects. Exchanges or returns are not accepted for intimate garments such as socks or pantyhose. You must first verify whether the desired size or color is available.

You must then send the purchased product to our address in Medellín, where we will inspect its condition. The product must be returned with all original tags and labels intact, clean, unused, and in perfect condition, including all items originally received. If the product does not meet the exchange requirements, you will be informed of the reason why the exchange cannot be processed, and the product will be shipped back to the original delivery address.

If the size you wish to exchange for is unavailable, we will issue a store credit voucher for the value of your purchase, which may be redeemed within one year.

If you wish to request an exchange due to a manufacturing defect, we must first verify that the garment has been properly cared for according to the washing and usage instructions. Returns or exchanges will not be accepted for normal wear and tear resulting from regular use.

In both cases (exchange and return), the User is responsible for all shipping costs, including return and reshipment fees.

Refund Policy: In accordance with the right of withdrawal established under Article 47 of Law 1480, the User has a maximum period of five (5) business days from the date of delivery of the product to exercise this right. After this period, OUZZO will not be able to provide a refund; however, an exchange may still be processed under the conditions described above.

Warranty Policy: The warranty period is 60 days for footwear and 30 days for apparel, starting from the date the User receives the product. The product will be reviewed by our Quality Department, and a response will be provided within a maximum of 15 days. If the item can be repaired, it will be repaired. If repair is not possible, the item will be replaced. If the defect occurs again, the User may choose to receive a replacement.
