Shipping at Ouzzo is handled by third-party carriers that operate independently and are outside of our direct control. Our shipping partners include FedEx, Coordinadora, Envía, and other courier services.
We offer free shipping on orders of $400,000 COP or more. Orders below this amount will incur a shipping fee. Please note that exchanges, returns, and express shipping services are subject to additional charges, which must be covered by the customer.
Estimated delivery times within Colombia are approximately 2 to 5 business days for major cities and 1 to 2 business days for deliveries within Medellín.
Once your order has been shipped, the tracking number assigned to your purchase will be sent to your contact information. You will receive details of the carrier responsible for your delivery along with your tracking number.
Please keep in mind that delivery delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to public holidays, carrier delays, accessibility issues, road closures, landslides, or other unforeseen events. While these situations are not the responsibility of Ouzzo, we will do our best to assist you and help ensure that you receive your new favorite pieces as soon as possible.
